As a pioneer in Germany, the research and production unit was set up in Heidelberg as a greenfield project with the aim of developing AI solutions for engineers and the manufacturing industry.
Development and implementation of new SW platforms for business and science applications. Optimisation: Continuous improvement of platforms through data-driven analyses and adjustments. Process integration: Conceptual collaboration on the development of scalable solutions for interdisciplinary teams.
Laboratory capacities: Responsibility for selection, refurbishment and implementation of two S2 labs within 7 months. Workplace concepts: Development and realisation of space and laboratory planning under strict time constraints. Vendor management: Coordination of tech and healthcare suppliers for infrastructure and equipment. Budget responsibility: Managing a budget of €3.0M for headquarters and laboratory projects.
