At Eisenhorn.com, I served as a Full-Stack Engineer, specializing in the development of custom plugins and optimization of the shopping experience. Working with technologies such as PHP, SASS, and React, I contributed to the ecommerce system built on Woo-commerce and Wordpress. My responsibilities included enhancing the functionality of the platform and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for users.

I contributed as a developer to two WooCommerce shop projects, focusing on custom plugin development and enhancing performance both on the frontend and backend. My role involved optimizing the website's functionality, improving user experience, and implementing solutions to meet specific business requirements.

I had the opportunity to work on the Metronom software, a bookkeeping application built with Python and Django. My responsibilities included updating the software from an older Django version to a newer one, writing comprehensive tests, and implementing new features for bank account synchronization. I also dedicated my efforts to improving the frontend user experience to provide a seamless and user-friendly interface for the Fineware application.

I took part in the development of a React Native application (iOS/Android) for the healthcare sector. The application, named "Leila," serves as a guideline app for comprehensive medical expert information.

Leila provides a user-friendly, horizontal access to guidelines, accompanied by scores, pathways, glossaries, epidemiological data, and other reliable knowledge sources. It is optimized for interdisciplinary use, catering to the condensed work environment within the healthcare industry. With Leila, users have valuable medical knowledge at their fingertips.

During my time at Google, it was an absolute honor to contribute to the advancement of the Google Assistant's capabilities. Working with Angular.js and Vue.js, I had the privilege of empowering the Assistant across multiple platforms, including mobile phones. It was a fulfilling experience to develop automated processes that enhanced the Assistant's functionality, and I took pride in delivering seamless integrations, optimizing performance, and improving the overall user experience.

After my time at Google, I made the decision to return to freelance work, as I desired the opportunity to explore new projects and contribute my expertise to a diverse range of clients.

The web is the future and it needs a community which is always motivated to learn and stay on track. Together with some colleagues, we decided to start a meetup in Berlin to spread our sense of motivation and love to web technology.
