Zusammenfassung

Currently, I am working in Product Management and being part of the management board at Control€xpert. I am responsible for the strategic positioning and alignment of our technological (software) product portfolio. My focus and interest are around data-driven decision making (e.g., CRM, sales, digitalization) as well as bringing innovative business ideas to life. Prior to Control€xpert, I worked for several years as a management consultant in the telecommunication, retail and media industry. My preferred field of working is the interface of business problems and data analytics as I understand both sides. During my PhD from the University of Münster, I grew my interest and understanding of data analytics. Keeping up with state of the art research (e.g. visiting Customer Analytic Program at Wharton Business School), enables me transferring this knowledge into business related areas. Researching, understanding and efficiently solving firm’s daily problems are areas which I like working in. The principles of continuous learning and not being satisfied with the status quo is what motivates me and what I expect from my peers. I truly believe that data analytics is and will continue changing the way we work.
