Direct line management of 8 software engineers and mainly responsible for yearly target settings and reviews, yearly compensation reviews, training and skill development as well as onboarding and conducting interviews for new positions.

EWM Platform owner:

• Responsible for ensuring zero downtime for non-HANA and S4HANA EWM platform
• Participates in SAP Customer network meeting (SAP CNM) on yearly basis to understand the overall roadmap for EWM product and how it could benefit to Schenker
• Responsible to do market research on current SAP trends in EWM area and how it could benefit to current platform
