Processes are the algorithm of a company. With process management and process automation, efficiencies can be quickly gained and service quality improved. Process automation projects can reduce process costs. At the same time, modern approaches like DDD or Event Storming allow for high-quality project execution.

As an independent service provider, I develop IT architectures and processes that integrate and automate your processes optimally into your IT landscape, for example with BPMN engines like Camunda, Operaton, Flowable, or UiPath.

I’m also happy to take on requirements engineering (IEEE 830) and documentation (Arc42).

Scientific insights and methods are very important to my work. For example, processes should be designed so they are not bypassed but accepted and followed.
