I'm the key product designer for a group of Fintech B2B and SaaS systems business products that help measure and improve business performance.

• Maintained 5+ products, 4 of which were developed from scratch, successfully solving customer and business problems
• Built a design system for 2000+ employees. Which covers 15+ products. Decreased the cost of development by 40% and improved the level of user satisfaction
• Improved efficiency in different parts of the system. Reduced errors and increased user satisfaction by 50% and speed of task completion 50%, task success rate by +25%, reduced manual work by 50%
• Conducted user interviews (30+), usability testing (20+), and qualitative and quantitative research to understand user pain points and goals
• Managed design team of 3 designers and mentored 3 interns

Worked at the most effective Belarusian creative agency, and designed websites and wide range of design materials. Worked with international and Belarusian brands: FRUDS, Redd's,Viber, Danone, Alfa-Bank, Mastercard, Onega etc.

• 7+ Ad companies, 4 brand design projects, 5+ package designs and 15+ projects of different kinds that helped clients increase their profits (print and web)
• Developed 2 websites for our company, which brought good sales during the crisis and provided us with projects
• Took second prize at the Young Cannes Lions 2020 Team №4 in Belarus in the Print category
• Participated in Kreaton (a kind of hackathon for creative professionals). I made a brand identity for Krevo, and a custom font for the project
