At FMO, I developed the Capturing Financial Covenant (CFC) application in Mendix, enabling covenant registration, actuals tracking, and automated breach detection. Using Camunda, I automated task flows providing a streamlined approach to covenant management and set up Early Warning Signals integrated with REACT for proactive breach handling. The application supported complex financial domains including Guarantee Products, KYC/KYS, Treasury, Risk Management, Payment Processing, and Regulatory Reporting. I handled API development and integrations, and ensured quality through Azure DevOps pipelines and story reviews. I also applied TMAP-based principles in functional and regression testing, including edge-case analysis. To monitor application health and logging across components like API Management, Camunda, and the CFC itself, I worked with Grafana dashboards in close collaboration with the DevOps team.

At Alliander, I contributed to the development of three Mendix portals integrated with SAP, designed to enhance both contractor management and internal operations. The Contractor Portal provided external contractors with a secure platform to view their cases and upload revision documents within specified deadlines. The Employee Portal enabled internal teams to monitor contractor cases, provide feedback, and maintain oversight. To ensure seamless data synchronization between these portals and SAP, I worked with an intermediate Case Management Data Layer that maintained data consistency across the system. In addition to these portals, I developed a dynamic quotation tool, which allowed users to generate and send quotes based on user-input data through a guided wizard interface. This approach ensured faster processing, improved data accuracy, and enhanced customer convenience, aligning directly with Alliander’s strategy of achieving twice the speed and double the customer satisfaction.

At ANWB, I was responsible for developing a Mendix application to ensure the continuity of the caravankoopwijzer.nl platform, which was set to be taken offline due to the expiration of a contract with an external supplier. My work began with collecting and refining requirements, ensuring that the new application met the needs of both internal stakeholders and end-users. I developed and tested the application's functionalities using the SCRUM/Agile methodology, maintaining a focus on reliability and user experience. To facilitate a smooth transition, I designed and implemented APIs that securely migrated existing data to the new Mendix application, preserving valuable information. Additionally, I took on a mentorship role, coaching and training two ANWB employees in Mendix development, ensuring they were capable of maintaining and extending the application. Regular demos were conducted for end-users, providing them with insights into new features and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
