- Built and managed 5 cross-functional remote engineering teams
- Led the entire system architecture and delivery of a fully digital guest journey, dynamic pricing algorithms and internal operation platform
- Collaborated with business stakeholders and product managers to shape the product roadmap
- Designed all processes around hiring, mentoring, performance reviews, project management and engineering onboarding for 25 engineers
