With the introduction of a PMO, the central management of the project business was permanently embedded in the organization. The goal was the development of a service as a unique option for companies focusing on nutrition and exercise, with integrated medical check-ups and a motion sensor (Oracle, Java application).
The football fan page was designed and developed on a loyalty management platform. It provided fans with exclusive promotions, contests (e.g., via SMS), reports, etc. The offers were available through a website, on Facebook and via a smartphone app (based on Oracle APEX). Rewards from a reward shop were provided, with and without co-payment.

The focus of the new platform was to clearly demonstrate the added value that ORF offers its customers after the relaunch (based on a loyalty management system). The previously most popular services and new features were to be made accessible to all interested parties after a free registration. Video streams, SMS services, exclusive contests, tickets for ORF broadcasts, special offers like various ORF discounts and other special offers at major events were integrated (own shop system).
Using a custom tool developed for ORF Insider, cross-channel automated campaigns (email, SMS, web) were regularly executed and evaluated. In addition to the integrated reporting system (Oracle APEX), an analysis platform based on MS Power BI products was provided for monitoring ongoing campaigns, registrations, usage of offers, etc.
