By implementing a PMO, a central project management control was permanently embedded in the organization. It ensures reliable project processes and continuous output improvement. The goal was to develop a unique service for companies focused on nutrition and exercise with integrated health check-ups and a motion sensor (Oracle, Java app).
The football fan page was built on a loyalty platform offering exclusive fan actions, contests (e.g., via SMS), reports, etc. Offers were delivered via website, Facebook, and an Oracle APEX app. Fans could redeem rewards from a points shop, with or without co-pay.

The new ORF Insider platform aimed to clearly show the added value ORF offers after relaunch (loyalty system based). Popular services and new features became available after free signup: video streams, SMS services, exclusive contests, show tickets, ORF discounts, and event offers in a custom shop.
We ran cross-channel automated campaigns (email, SMS, web) with a custom tool and used Oracle APEX analytics plus a Power BI-based platform for campaign monitoring, signups, and usage.

The community portal (Oracle, Java, Typo3, MySQL) launched a year before the event. It engaged fans with points, prize draws, auctions, polls, the “penalty area,” “kickpoint,” “fan curve,” and “ORF Insider SMS-Butler.” B2B coupons were dynamically provided and redeemed with points. Austrian communities competed for “Fan Community 2008” title. A data warehouse aggregated and analyzed operational data. A loyalty management solution ran the system.
