The focus of the new platform was to show more clearly after the relaunch the value ORF offers its customers (based on a loyalty management system). The most popular services and new features should be accessible to all interested users after free registration. Video streams, SMS services, exclusive contests, tickets for ORF shows, special offers like various ORF discounts and other special deals at major events were integrated (own shop system).
Using a custom tool developed for ORF Insider, cross-channel automated campaigns (email, SMS, web) were regularly run and evaluated. In addition to the integrated analysis system (Oracle APEX), an analysis platform based on MS Power BI products was provided for monitoring ongoing campaigns, registrations, offer usage, etc.
