The focus of the new platform was to make the value offered by ORF even clearer to its customers after the relaunch (based on a loyalty management system). The most popular services to date and new features were to be made available to all interested users after free registration. Video streams, SMS services, exclusive contests, tickets for ORF programs, special offers like various ORF discounts, and other special deals at major events were integrated (own shop system).
Using a custom tool developed for ORF Insider, cross-channel automated campaigns (email, SMS, web) were regularly deployed and analyzed. In addition to the integrated reporting system (Oracle APEX), an analytics platform based on MS Power BI products was provided to monitor ongoing campaigns, registrations, offer usage, etc.
