  • Managed a cross border team of designers and developers in delivering a React component library with over 200 components for desktop and mobile apps (both native and progressive web) to support Global Tech's software delivery.
  • Deployed the component system into templates driven by a headless content management system to deliver over 140 websites across the Global business.
  • Designed an OpenAI document analysis tool leveraging the power of the large language model AI within a closed and secure environment. This allowed us to quickly summarise contracts and other key documents irrespective of the source or target language.
  • Developed a search tool to query a global Salesforce meeting notes database with automatic category generation and interactive filtering enabling useful insights on client sentiment, redemption risk and sales opportunities to be surfaced from the Salesforce data.
  • Provided Customer Experience consulting services for key client facing projects, conducting UX design reviews, discovery sessions, design integration, workshop facilitation, design training and mentoring.

Devised a content creation programme, building copy for 13,000 SKUs in 12 weeks. Established and ran the design team in the first season.
  • Initiated compelling marketing and brand solutions for Majestic, a global marketing search engine and back-link index, increasing visibility and credibility in the SEO and SEM industry and leadership in its domain.
  • Generated product brand designs for leading foodservice business Bidvest (3663) including brand naming, research, development and application. This enabled brand value propositions to be established, maximising revenue and defending market position.
  • Designed and built a digital trade sales catalogue for Hasbro toys to manage the continual changes in product specification across over 250 SKUs in the Toy Fair pre-buying season.
