In my key role in strategic requirement management for the UVO online service, I took the initiative to establish a comprehensive process from concept to leadership. This responsibility included effectively gathering and prioritizing user feedback and requirements from municipalities and state administrations, directly improving the service. Through careful coordination and communication with all parties, I achieved high transparency and satisfaction in implementing new features and enhancements.

As the workshop lead for the digitalization workshop in Herne, I actively contributed to the joint development of innovative digital concepts by planning and moderating co-creation workshops. My wide-ranging tasks included creating inspiring workshop materials, carefully analyzing participant feedback, and designing websites and print materials, playing a key role in fostering innovation and effective stakeholder communication.

As part of the ambitious project to develop a Smart Industrial City strategy for the city of Dormagen, we created a comprehensive vision aimed at making Dormagen a leader in innovation and sustainability. Through intensive requirement and stakeholder management, as well as conducting expert interviews and workshops, we developed a tailored strategy to position Dormagen for a smart and future-ready urban landscape.

Within the groundbreaking project to develop Malta’s Smart Island strategy in collaboration with DG NEAR, I supported requirement analysis and strategic alignment. This project aimed to transform Malta into a model region for sustainable development and innovative technologies in Europe through knowledge transfer and capacity building.

In the latest Detecon trend report, Jürgen Richter and I conducted an in-depth analysis of social media use in political communication. We highlighted the different approaches of leading politicians and ministries in Germany—from Jens Spahn’s interactive Facebook Live sessions to Robert Habeck’s withdrawal from the social media world, Dorothee Bär’s Instagram focus, and Peter Altmaier’s Twitter engagement. Based on our analysis, we derived clear recommendations for action.
