This was my first private project which I started to work on, with the aim of founding a company. Eviee is a tool to support teachers with correction of schoolwork and provide meaningful feedback to students that is more than just a grade.
It does this by allowing teachers to annotate school work, which is used to aid in calculating a final grade. It also structures feedback to make it understandable and applicable for students.
I validated this idea with potential users who signed up via a landing page, which was advertised on facebook, using a no-code solutions and a click-dummy prototype which was designed in Figma for me.

Results: In the end, despite positive feedback during validation, I was not able to find a technical co-founder in a reasonable amount of time, so I stopped working on it to consider why and change my approach for next time.
With our product, we provided payment services as both a new DKB banking app and an API for third parties, handling 5 million transactions per month and growing. Our mission was to remain at the "top of wallet" for banking customers by increasing the number of transactions through the banks' channels.

As product owner/external consultant, I developed and launched the VW Car-Net Customer Web Portal in Europe in the first and second generations (2013, 2015) for VW's first electric and hybrid vehicles with online connectivity. Rolled out to 30+ EU countries.
