Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor Review and Implement QA/QC Procedures of the company as per client requirement
- Verification of delivery condition of the steels as per the purchase order
- Verification of MILL TEST CERTIFICATES to ensure materials conform to code & client specifications
- Recommendations about material usability or write-off based on observations
- Check material traceability & transit damages for FREE ISSUE MATERIALS
- Raising NCRs for nonconforming materials
- Coordinate with inspectors & TPI/Class for inspections and test witnessing
- Review incoming materials like filler wires, electrodes
