I led a team that was switching from project methodology to agile / lean methodology, including the setup of a team strategy and target KPIs. We are hoping to inspire other teams with the advantages this switch brings. We developed a set of features to help users customize the company's phisical products to their individual use cases and needs.

- Taught the circumstances, rules and restrictions of the Transport Business to an allocation engine
- Broke the complex process down into an intuitive, simple UX / UI that allowed dispatchers to easily execute the suggested routes and to manipulate the target function of the allocation engine to fit their needs
- Together with our Pilot Partners, we proved that our product could increase margins in carrier companies from ~ 2% to up to 12%
