2023/2024: Mobility (E-Commerce) I led a team that was switching from project methodology to agile / lean methodology, including the setup of a team strategy and target KPIs. We are hoping to inspire other teams with the advantages this switch brings. We developed a set of features to help users customize the company's phisical products to their individual use cases and needs.
2023: Med Tech I assessed and helped sharpen the concept of one of their products (a partient portal for hospitals). I set up a plan for resources and timeline and gave a recommendation on how to proceed in team setup, strategy and implementation.
2022: Customer Loyalty I developed and implemented a 3rd party authentication feature in partner destinations, I improved the user experience of their enrollment flow and supported their teams to transition from project to product centered thinking.

I led the flagship Product Team that successfully concepted, developed an launched a product in cooperation with a Big Pharma company.
My team set the groudwork to translate the company's new business strategy into product strategies, including the setup of an OKR framework for the entire company and their 5 different app teams.
We revolutionized the regulatory process of apps in an agile setting wile still producing the required documentation to recieve approval from regulatory authorities.
We built two apps: one that accompanied patients in a madical studie and one that enables people with a chronic diagnosis to manage the course of their disease. It gives value to the patients, the company, the business partners and the stakeholders.

I led a Procut Team of up to 18 people that strove to improve the creation of disposition plans in freight carrier companies.
We taught the parameters, rules and restrictions of the transport business to an algorithm (allocation).
We broke the complex process down into an intuitive, simple UX/UI tha allowed dispatchers to easily execute the suggested transportation routes and to control the target function of the allocation to fit their specific goals and needs.
we established OKRs as the leading framework to guide our teams towards a common strategy.
Together with our pilot partnerss, we proved that our product can increase margins in transportation companies by up to 10%.
