One of the most recent projects was the full implementation/construction of a clinker loading and unloading facility for cement production on rail and truck transport at two sites in Germany, acting as site manager according to the state building regulations. These projects include the complete production/installation of the entire infrastructure, such as:

• Conveying systems in steel silos and concrete unloading bunkers, including the manufacturing of bored piles
• Earthworks
• Civil and structural engineering
• Construction of the entire supporting steel structure
• Track construction
• Electrical installation, etc., up to the commissioning of the complete systems. A specific project example: Construction of a rail loading and unloading station for clinker at the Schelklingen and Leimen cement plants in Germany – deep unloading bunker with railway steel bridge, supporting steel structure for material transport, such as conveyor bridges up to 120m span and about 60m high, steel structures for penthouses, etc.

Furthermore, my engineering firm is involved in the planning and implementation of projects in the field of renewable energy as a construction manager for power plants, especially wind farms. This mainly includes:

• Access roads
• Crane pads
• Foundations
• Tower construction (concrete, steel, hybrid, MST)
• Medium-voltage cabling
• Connections to substations
• Erection of the steel structure
• Assembly of equipment
• Electrical grid connection
• Commissioning
• Technical acceptance
• Claim management
• Handover to the client
• Contact with all relevant authorities
• Compliance with all legal requirements.

Construction of multi-stage treatment plants with chemical treatment stages and chamber filter presses. Chemical treatment stages included, for example:
