Consultant Test Manager

Responsible for assessing the current state of test management in the core banking system and the testing activities of the teams involved

Analyze the current state and derive concrete recommendations for integrating the traditional development and testing process of the core banking system with agile teams

Provide support and professional advice for the introduction of Xray as a test management tool

Provide support and professional advice for the development and regulatory approval of an organization-wide test guideline

Support the end-to-end test automation of the cross-system Ultimo processing workflows

Responsible for managing the release process and approving continuous maintenance and improvement of the product

Lead the team to boost productivity in content development

Develop content and handle the technical implementation of content by designing training and workshops

Develop and implement a systematic approach for collecting and using qualitative user feedback across various channels for decision-making and prioritization in teams

Responsible for study specifications, collaborating with the entire engineering team

Collaborate with the full development team to implement and test workflows, work with the product team to adjust specifications as needed, and partner with the research team for continuous review of needs, requirements, and progress

Assist in developing a digital interest test for incoming students by statistically evaluating study results

Support the implementation of the developed test procedure through digital implementation and setting up the database
