For over 25 years I've supported companies, authorities, and corporations in security-critical IT projects – where responsibility, structure, and decisiveness are needed. As an experienced IT project manager, program lead, and interim manager, I take charge in the situations where others hesitate: migrations, crises, compliance audits, complex transformations, or building robust IT infrastructures.

I combine strategic thinking with operational depth – paired with a deep understanding of people, organizations, and dynamics. My clients appreciate my calm, goal-oriented approach, my analytical thinking, and my ability to keep a clear head even under pressure.

My leadership philosophy is clear: leading means providing direction, making decisions, and empowering others in their responsibilities.
