Senior Project Manager for several Digital Transformation Initiatives (Online Sales and Finance)
Based in Stuttgart, Germany: Leading a digital transformation (E-Commerce) project with shared responsibility between Sales, Dealer Network Development and Marketing departments with the objective to implement a best-in-class Porsche branded B2C and B2B Online Sales Platform. Focus on implementing the B2B online sales process, innovative sales solutions (especially with regards to predictive business analysis) and leading the change process in Direct Corporate Sales Department. Agile project approach with two scrum teams to cope with a rapidly changing environment in automotive E-Commerce.
Furthermore, responsible for the restructuring of sales processes to comply with financial and tax regulation as well as setting up the IT Scout Initiative for the Sales Management Department (with a focus on reviewing and implementing collaboration tools and other "new work" initiatives).
Senior Business Development Manager / Project Manager Porsche Experience Center Los Angeles
Based in Los Angeles, CA, USA: Leading a team (consisting of project managers, general contractor, design & environmental consultants, procurement experts and sponsorship consultants) spread out over the United States (LA, Atlanta, Detroit, San Diego) to bring a highly complex project with a volume of more than 100m USD into the construction phase. Responsibilities also included running the change management process for the LA dealer body.
Additional responsibility for implementation of multiple initiatives to develop the North American Market (spear-heading decision processes, e.g. for the development of Porsche Manhattan Dealership and Porsche Head Office in Atlanta, GA, USA) and setting up the operations for Porsche Experience Center Atlanta (marketing, sales, driving operations).
Based in Stuttgart, Germany: Interface between Porsche AG and Porsche Cars North America with focus on coordination of wholesale/retail, e.g. long term planning and short term operational adjustments of sales volume and incentive budgets. Coordination and implementation of special projects (e.g. preparation Sales Excellence Award, interface between Sales Department and Financial Services subsidiaries).
Based in Stuttgart, Germany: Responsible for controlling of sales subsidiaries in the United States / Canada (at that point in time Porsche's biggest market) and the worldwide Financial Services Group.
Senior Project Manager, Integrated reporting / corporate consolidation in SAP
Based in Mannheim, Germany: Sole responsibility for project management and successful completion of Project 'Fast Close' as well as the accompanying change management process. Management and coordination of 10 employees from corporate accounting and controlling as well as 8 consultants from Capgemini and PwC. Coordination and monitoring of the progress of sub-projects in subsidiaries/ business units worldwide.
Based in Mannheim, Germany: Audit, controlling and consulting (M&A and Restructuring) of national and international business units. Regular business trips (travel approx. 50%), e.g. to Australia, United States, Poland and Nigeria. Executive Assistent to the CFO at Bilfinger's UK subsidiary in London for four months.
