Delivering consulting services (pre/post sales) by engaging with cloud, network, and security architects of large enterprises to present both industry and Zscaler technical architecture as it relates to customers' environment and technical requirements

Lead delivery of architecture designs, Architecture workshops and implementation of Zscaler solutions to achieve Zero Trust.

Prepare High Level Project plan for deployment of Zscaler products like ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, Deception, CSPM, Workload, Branch/Cloud Connector and app protection.

Consult businesses on customer's digital transformation journey leveraging Zscaler's Zero Trust Security Services Edge (SSE) platform.

Well versed on enterprise security tools such as SIEM, SaaS management platforms, or CASB solutions.

Working on Zscaler/Squid/Bluecoat/Cisco Secure Access/HPE proxies, Demisto and Cisco Umbrella.

Responsible for designing Proxy Architecture and implementing existing security products. Daily work included issues related to non-working internet, websites, applications, Network slowness, Virtual Private Networks (VPN), Zscaler Private/Internet Access (ZPA/ZIA), GRE, Packet Loss, Firewall/URL Filtering, MTR, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, IPSEC, DHCP, SSL, CASB, DLP, SAAS and proxy troubleshooting.

Working on authentication mechanisms like SAML, Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP Configuring and troubleshooting Data leakage prevention (DLP) and engine. i.e. HIPPA, GLBA, PCI and Offensive Language and file type control.

Troubleshooting on URL based Policy involves URL Filtering Policy and Cloud App control Policy WEB2.0 issues for user.

Worked as Senior Support Engineer for Aruba Networks. Worked on wireless authentications 802.1x, EAP, TLS, TKIP, and Radius Configuration for Captive Portal Authentication for WIFI Guest Users
