Define the training schedule and timeline with Technical Key Account Managers as per training requests from customers.
Coordinate with Rayong Training Center (Thailand) to secure the right resources to deliver training according to the defined timeline with good quality.
Drive collaboration between Technical Key Account Managers and Rayong Training Center to ensure all customer training requests are followed up in full according to the training delivery process.
Communicate proactively with internal and external customers to administer training nominations, training plans, training registration, training logistics, and daily operations.
Prepare training logistics including booking of hotels, training rooms, sending information to participants, and billing information.
Manage equipment and facilities in the training team.
Construct training data systems and record accurately.
Control training budget to ensure activities occur within the approved budget.
Process invoices and check them against orders.
