Human/ Social Sciences AI Trainer

Create and solve challenging problems in management, social sciences, and humanities areas to stump advanced AI models.

Challenge state-of-the-art language models by asking complex questions based on an image (Management domain).

Create and evaluate rubric in expert domain (Psychology domain).

Teach courses including Future of Work, Leadership and Management Development, International Dimension of Human Resource Management (Master program), and Organizational Behaviors (Bachelor program) using case studies, AI-powered simulations, and simulation games in both online and on-site settings.

Supervise bachelor and master theses on topics such as international careers and technology advancement.

Investigate factors at individual, organisational, and institutional levels that explain why foreign employees stay or leave their country of residence.

Participate in an international research project under Horizon 2020 to generate knowledge about global mobility of employees and train a network of experts.

Define the training schedule and timeline with Technical Key Account Managers as per training requests from customers.

Coordinate with Rayong Training Center (Thailand) to secure the right resources to deliver training according to the defined timeline with good quality.

Drive collaboration between Technical Key Account Managers and Rayong Training Center to ensure all customer training requests are followed up in full according to the training delivery process.
