Motivated and driven, I am a smart and pragmatic worker who is passionate about digital products. I find great satisfaction in solving problems, particularly those that impact people's lives. At Element Insurance AG, I was entrusted with managerial responsibilities for our team of designers and part of the product management team as the official lead. I actively participated in the early building of teams and processes and was instrumental in strategic decision-making and build & buy decisions. As Senior PM with the most experience, I have led others by example and coaching, rather than relying solely on my title and position in the hierarchy.

I provided invaluable support to my Head of Product by serving as her right-hand in addressing key organisational and strategic matters. My ability to anticipate potential issues and proactively find solutions helped to streamline processes and increase productivity across the organisation. I am proud to have played such a pivotal role in the success of our team and to have been a trusted advisor to my Head of Product.

In my personal life, I find joy and fulfilment in spending time with my family and pursuing my passion for windsurfing.
