- creating a JSON file parser,
- creating new services for parsing & handling requests,

- designing architecture & APIs for new services.
My work required both designing new architecture for the new services created and digesting the existing big codebase when making changes.

Lighthouse is an intelligent home security camera with high precision threat detection, located in Palo Alto, California. Lighthouse grows in Andy Rubin's accelerator (Playground Global, over $200M of financing). In addition to unique, bleeding edge hardware technology, the camera heavily uses computer vision, machine learning and other AI-related technologies.
During my work in Lighthouse in Palo Alto I developed first version of iOS app (including live video streaming, H264) and internal tools (website/dashboard) for video annotation.

The event was organized to commemorate the 25th Anniversary of the fall of communism and the 25th Anniversary of the Internet. Presidents of Hungary and Slovakia, the Foreign Minister of the Czech Republic and Polish Undersecretary for the Economy participated in a fireside chat about innovation in Central Europe and in a showcase of the latest innovations from the Visegrad Group’s most promising tech companies.
Visegrad Group is an alliance of four countries in Central Europe: Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republik and Hungary.

- Developed visualization framework: VisNow ([link]
- Designed and implemented a module which uses a haptic or touch device to control 3D scene in VisNow (rotation, translation, slice etc)
- Advised on design of a new flow of messages in the framework (including problems related to concurrency and big data) VisNow is a generic visualization framework in Java technology, developed by Interdisciplinary Centre for Mathematical and Computational Modelling at University of Warsaw. It is a modular data flow driven platform enabling users to create schemes for data visualization, visual analysis, data processing and simple simulations. Motivated by 'Read and Watch' idea, VisNow shows the data as soon and fast as possible giving further opportunity for processing and more in-depth visualization. In a few steps it can create professional images and movies as well as discover unknown information hidden in datasets.
