Earthly is a browser extension that replaces the browser default start page with a sleeker, more functional new tab. It uses its revenue to support climate solution projects.

Global Savings Group (B2B/B2C)
Global Savings Group is one of Europe's fastest-growing companies in the past few years. It is a Publisher Tech company that operates global partnerships with some of the largest digital publishers around the world.
As VP Product, I reported to the CEO and sit in the global management team. I oversaw a product and design organization of 12 PMs, UX, UI, and visual designers, and a delivery team of 60+.
Key Accomplishments:
- Led the re-organization of the product development teams into vertical teams, resulting in much higher ownership, motivation, and ultimately productivity.
- Launched 13 new global partnerships, resulting in double-digit revenue growth.
- Led the discovery process for a new product for publishers that resulted in the planned launch of a new revenue stream for 2020.
Director of Business Labs
Visual Meta (B2B SaaS)
Visual Meta Business Labs is a business unit of Visual Meta born with the goal of identifying, testing, and bringing to market a new portfolio of products for the Visual Meta Group. As the Director of Business Labs, I reported directly to the CEO and was responsible for the P&L of the business unit.
Accomplishments:
- As the first Director of this business unit, I have designed and brought to the organization all processes related to Business Labs.
- Built a cross-functional team of PMs, engineers, designers, and business developers from scratch, from 0 to 15 in 10 months.

- A Facebook Messenger automation platform
- A Product Feed management platform.

Visual Meta (B2C)
Visual Meta (Idealo Group) is a Marketing Tech company which operates product comparison platforms in 10+ countries, including one of Germany's leading product comparison platforms: ladenzeile.de. As director of Product, I led the PM and design teams. I reported to the cofounders and sat in the management team.
Accomplishments:
- Completely revamped the company's roadmapping process towards a leaner, more data-driven approach.
- Overseen the launch of a new image classifier for the classification of the products hosted on the platform.
- Researched and rolled out personas in the organisation for the first time.

CUPONATION is a Rocket-Internet-backed deals platform active in 18 countries worldwide.
I led a team of 7 Product Managers. I actively contributed to the definition of the platform strategy, closely working with the MDs. I facilitated and coordinated the roadmaps for a portfolio of 6 products (web + native apps).
