Management of various EU funded Erasmus + projects. Design and deployment of trainings for seasoned social entrepreneurs within the EU. Consultation of various social enterprises world wide and support the companies entry into new countries. Aid social license partnerships and social auditing efforts.

Develop partnerships and projects in the field of humanitarian innovation in complex emergencies, mostly in Jordan but also internationally. I have facilitated various production projects with INGOs and civil society organizations, fabricating humanitarian items. I foster the innovation and local production of needed goods for and in host and refugee communities. I managed to set up a country office and assure its sustainable growth through project acquisitions.

Idea, development and implementation of over 40 innovative development design projects to help people in slums, urban villages and informal refugee camps. Leading different teams of volunteers and professionals in coordination with various local and international NGOs in Greece, Germany, India, Jordan and China. Invited to exhibit at the Shenzhen Biennal for Design. Innovative design projects with Oxfam and the Makerbay in Hong Kong, the Shenzhen Center for Design and Art 325 in Shenzhen, Trial&Error Berlin and Malteser in a Refugee shelter in Berlin, with various international and local ngos in Jordan and with universities and designers in India. We build products in need for and with the people that need the out of free recyclable materials in the commons. 2019 the design and production of Insultation sheets in Lesvos, Greece (made from old life jackets).

Administered projects with international partners in the West Bank and Gaza, such as child support center in refugee camps and a school project. I developed proposals for future Projects, fundraising, networking and team building, in cooperation with organisations such as UNWRA, EU, GIZ, FSD, UNRWA and local NGOs. I directed project cycles and evaluated projects with local and international partners and I aided the design of a communications campaign with the Ministry of Health.

Monitored EU and NATO policies towards Afghanistan. This ncluded various research about development, human rights and security as well as the transcription of conferences. I developed and designed a Endnote knowledge database for the Board of Directors. I organized and researched for reports, articles and books during and after an initial trainee period.

Developed data sets for an examination of the international response to genocide in Rwanda and Darfur, in addition to qualitative and quantitative research for analysts. I examined the power structures and case studies of local stakeholders in Afghanistan.

Formulated and executed policy and policy proposals in the area of local development and good governance as part of the central policy team in the council. i collected and developed projects on the local and national level. I executed government policies on the local level through interdepartmental outreach such as the Community Planning and Regeneration Program.

Responsible for coordinating office tasks, such as letter writing, responding to citizens’ questions and the organisation of meetings for the parliamentarian Ernst Kranz. I was given sole responsibility over all office duties for short periods of time.
