UK MoD Defence Digital – Procurement Support Team (2023 - present): Lead the production of templates to support procurements and QDC contract extensions. Support the commercial team with the development of the underlying financial contract schedules.

UK MoD Defence Digital – Finance SME (2020 - 2021): Led the financial analysis and reporting in a high-profile commercial review of a £300M Tactical Communications contract.

UK Finance / British Bankers' Association – Financial Planning (2014 - present): Worked with budget holders to agree and build a business planning model to consolidate the budgets of six legacy trade associations and generate a billing strategy for each member. Retained as finance specialist to assist with the business planning cycle and model annual subscriptions.

Crown Commercial Service – Public Services Network (2012 - 2014): Project accountant preparing budgets and variance analysis for central finance. Evaluated the data processes to agree a methodology to capture the publicly declared project benefits in collaboration with the National Audit Office.

Tata Consultancy Services – Bid Support, Disclosure and Barring Service (2011 - 2013): Led the building of bid financial models in accordance with Home Office instructions and presented the models to the Home Office in the successful competitive dialogue sessions. Balanced TCS internal costing methodology with open book bid requirements and updated financial models post-award to embed contract variations.

Abu Dhabi Municipality – Financial Planning SME (2010 - 2011): Subject matter expert for the entity-wide BPR project leading the financial planning workstream. Spearheaded best-practice processes based on the APQC process framework and used the ARIS tool to create the roadmap for future business planning. Developed effective presentations highlighting financial models to secure directors’ sign off.

Serco – Bid Support (2009 - 2010): Lead financial modeller on facilities management and IT support bids into Enfield, Bournemouth and Hertfordshire County Councils. Assimilated large amounts of data to extract key drivers, worked remotely with technical specialists, partnered with local SMEs to secure and validate data, and created innovative models aligned with commercial requirements.

Thales – National Identity Scheme Bids (2008 - 2009): Led the financial workstream competitive dialogue and built supporting models.

UK MoD Defence Communications Agency (2004 - 2008): Built the should-cost model to validate value for money in a single tender contract extension.

PwC Consulting – Defence Logistics Organisation (2000 - 2004): Delivered a financial data process improvement project across 20 project teams spending approximately £2 billion.
