Defining the taxonomy and organisational structure links the standard organizational structure with work groups and work baskets, providing the ability to associate departments and work queues to each operational level and making it easy and unambiguous to manage and route work.

NEOBrain is the omni-channel decisioning platform. It’s a centralized campaigns strategy framework designed to serve both inbound channels (mobile, online banking, NEOCrm) and outbound channels (email, outbound calls).

Before NEOBrain there wasn’t an automated campaign platform, and campaigns activity was based on manual selections for both inbound and outbound channels with limitations in scalability, channel connectivity, efficiency and relevancy of communications to customers.

NEOBrain platform brought enhanced capabilities in terms of customer data, decisioning rules (including self-learning models), automation, productivity and channels connectivity/orchestration.

Managers allocate unrated CE requests to appropriate analysts and analysts perform the credit estimates.

Developed the Authoring – Unified Admin Toolkit Version1 for FIS, a modular toolkit for banking platform releases that simulates and tests client-authored changes prior to production deployment.

Enabled creation of reusable workflows consisting of steps and pages, with optional groups for specific operations.
