• Technical project management, requirements management, and concept development to steer the data team in developing a predictive maintenance model for DB InfraGo's maintenance planning.

• Qualitative study on the impact and practical relevance of the departure training for the "Key Qualifications for International Cooperation" program of the Academy for International Cooperation. Coordinated a scientific project team and student assistants.
• Designed the study and coordinated the two-phase data collection with seven comparison groups (n=100), including guided interviews with former departure training participants (technical and managerial staff of German International Cooperation: AA, BMZ, GIZ), expert interviews, and document analysis. Conducted analysis, reporting, and result presentations.
