Thanks to my work in commercial management in companies across various industries, I am versatile and available under different contract types (employed, temporary work, freelance).
Most recently, I have served several times as a trainer for prospective users, key users, and consultants in SAP S/4HANA FI, CO, and AA. Before that, I worked on an interim assignment as Head of Controlling & Data Management, which was completed on schedule and successfully handed over to my successor after 12 months.
For my own development, I am currently taking online courses on the potential of AI in the commercial area with a focus on CO and FI.
In addition, I temporarily fill vacancies in the commercial area as an interim manager, work as a trainer for commercial management and finance staff in various companies and industries, and support employees through operational process and IT application consulting (ERP) in the service area of car dealerships.
All companies I have worked for, with different ownership structures—mostly owner-managed but also corporate—are medium-sized. I always approach my tasks and duties with a close link to the operational business, aiming to share my acquired knowledge and experience through training, mentoring, and consulting. As a member of the management board—even in a service company—with or without managers under me, I was responsible for:
Related tasks such as (labor) law, insurance / contract management, and general administration usually rounded out my scope of work. I used regular communication and negotiations with employee representatives at the company and industry level (collective bargaining commission on the employer side) to gain further practical experience. I deepened this over time and shared it as a trainer for public bodies and associations. For one term, I served as a volunteer judge on the labor court representing the employer side and was able to apply and implement the labor law knowledge I gained in training not only in day-to-day operations but also in court.
I have also successfully completed various change and development projects with legal and organizational focuses, mostly related to IT and HR, as well as site developments—including in other European countries.
Serving on four supervisory boards of foreign sales subsidiaries and as director of the Danish leasing company at the commercial vehicle manufacturer KRONE in Werlte involved regular travel at home and abroad, as well as intensive contact and communication with business partners and stakeholders from different cultures (mostly in English).
I am available at any time via the listed contacts to coordinate and answer any questions, either in person, online, or on-site.
