Yamaha Motor Europe is going through a Digital Transformation program as part of a corporate initiative. Within that process, that encompasses the migration of current ERP Solution towards SAP S/4 HANA, I contributed on defining the target solution for the transition to new Analytic, Finance Consolidation and Planning solutions including:
Act as engagement lead and ambassador on several Heineken Operational Companies (OpCo) and Business central functions to onboard them to the central analytic platform solution (B1). Align with business (C-Level) and local partners the strategy and steps for the onboarding and lead them during the complete project delivery until they became fully operational in the new data platform. Gather requirements and define tasks and activities to the different partners that support the central analytic platform, working with several Agile and Devops teams.
On the technical side, support Heineken by defining integration patterns from different source solutions to the new central analytic platform (B1): a multilayer Analytic Solution implemented on Amazon Web Services (AWS) with SAP HANA, SAP SLT/SDI replication technology, SAP SDA, SAP BODS, SAP Data Intelligence, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Business Objects, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI and Qlik.

An analysis of the current reporting solution was made for Carsol Europe, a subsidiary of Carsol Fruit. A proposal with improvements on the existing reporting solution was provided, including an execution roadmap and the evaluation of SAP Business One on HANA (cloud vs. on-premises versions) based on new business requirements from Europe and the Headquarters in South America.
