As Head of Corporate Management Development I was responsible for designing and implementing processes and systems to recruit, retain and develop talents throughout the Group.

As International Project leader I supported and led international Projects aimed at developing and establishing strategic Systems and processes thoughout all Locations in Europe and US: Performance Management, Global Compensation System, Succession planning, Job profiles and Career paths.
I was located in Germany and Italy and the Projects required a lot of travel.
