- As HR Director, I was resposible for all HR matters in the Interior Draexlmaier Locations in the US and Mexico, from recruitment and development to compensation, policies, payroll and all legal related issues.

- I supported the growth phase in the years 2005-2007 (intensive recruiting, transfer of activities from Germany to the US and Change of the organizational structure) and the following big automotive crisis in the years 2008-2009 (layoffs and substantial reduction of activities in some Locations).

Zusammenfassung
I am a professional in Human Resources with over 20 years experience in international organizations.
I have experienced "growth phases" as well as "crisis situations" in large companies and have learnt to cope with both scenarios from an HR standpoint.
My Background is stronger in the strategic HR-area (Performance Management, succession planning, compensation Systems and organizational development) rather than with dealing with unions and law-related-matters. Nevertheless I had the opportunity to cover "all-round-HR-Roles" in different countries and I have learnt to manage real HR-operational work.
I have several years leadership experience, particularly with international Teams.
I prefer to work in international and changing environments and to deal with interesting challenges rather than cover "Standard HR-roles" in very stable and local organizations.
I have a strong interest in transformation processes especially in organizations active at global level.
Very active in and passionate about supporting start-up and scale ups in Europe and Africa.
