I acted as a cybersecurity expert, ensuring robust protection measures and elevating the overall security posture during client’s internal reorganization of cybersecurity posture and broader security activities. Designated as the focal point for supporting application teams in drafting their Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and evaluating documents maturity. Implementation of specific improvements, such as enhancing document clarity, ensuring comprehensive risk assessments, and integrating best practices for disaster recovery, which significantly increased the overall effectiveness and readiness of the DRP documents.
Collaboration with the client's FinOps team to create and manage a Work Package focused on reducing excess costs on a public cloud platform. The project was conducted through meetings with customer teams and product owners to present FinOps recommendations, gather feedback, and understand constraints, ensuring practical and effective implementation for the long-term cost benefits. The team estimated a gai of 500k € during the summer 2024, we overpass the target for a total savings of 750k € in three months.
Lift and shift of a Lean methodology digital solution from an on-premises system to a public cloud. The transition addressed technical limitations in capacity and functionality, resolved issues with the obsolescence of the deployed version, no longer supported by the software vendor.
Revision and rewriting of a solution architecture dossier with the objectives of using the latest template available for this type of document, ensure a correct description of the solution’s IT architecture and specially highlight application obsolescence and security deviations from the client’s standards and security guidelines. Conducting a technical study of an IWMS solution with significant technical debt and strong commercial constraints aiming at identifying high-level exit strategy possibilities within the client context.
Redaction of a solution architecture dossier, to be developed from scratch and based on specific client approach at crisis management. The project required a review of the Business Requirement Dossier to gain a comprehensive understanding, writing of a Concept Dossier including scenario identification, scenario comparison, and the identification of a candidate solution, and finally redaction of the Architecture Dossier detailing the architectural, functional, and relational connections of the identified solution within the client's IT architecture.
