Summary
Since 2019, I have gained experience at IT consulting companies, specializing in SAP CX and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). I launched my freelancing career in 2026.
I have been passionately implementing Customer Relationship Management systems (SAP Sales Cloud C4C and Version 2) for major companies. In these engagements, I delivered end-to-end solutions on SAP BTP, including app development, automation, system integration, AI-driven data and analytics, and custom AI solutions.
I have been integrating SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC ERP systems with SAP Sales Cloud using SAP Cloud Integration and SAP Cloud Connector on SAP BTP. Besides, I have been designing and developing custom applications and processes through side-by-side extensions using the low-code/no-code framework SAP Build and using the pro-code framework SAP CAP for creating backend systems in SAP BTP. I have additional developing experience in PDI in SAP C4C.
Another area of focus is artificial intelligence on SAP BTP using SAP AI Core and AI Launchpad for leveraging classical machine learning models or SAP Joule Studio for designing AI skills and agents. In addition, I have designed and implemented knowledge graphs in SAP HANA Cloud based on data consolidated within a data lake framework.
