Mr. Kurzweg supported several areas and was especially involved in various projects in the testing field. His technical skills were rated as good, as he always tried to suggest improvements and question things. The project he was involved in included activities in the power domain.
Despite the age difference, Mr. Kurzweg integrated excellently into the team. He took on an important role in the team and got along very well with the other team members.
Mr. Kurzweg showed good communication skills and acted proactively by asking questions, completing tasks, and proactively rescheduling appointments when needed.
