As Chief Information Officer (CIO) of AICT Group, I’m in charge of developing and setting the strategic direction for innovative AI-powered solutions. Together with an interdisciplinary team, I develop and implement cutting-edge technologies that combine mediation, negotiation, and coaching with artificial intelligence to resolve conflicts effectively, safely, and proactively.
