Zusammenfassung
Hey there, my name is Lukas. Over 20 years ago I started my journey in creating applications, mainly with web technologies.
It was in elementary school when we were offered a special program to learn delve into web development for a week. That's all it took to get me hooked.
Fascinated by the possibilities, my free time was spent building websites and learning new technologies and approaches alsmost every spare minute I had.
I started building websites including self made Content Management Systems for local organisations, sports clubs, etc. Of course those websites were bad compared to what you can do today with all the technology we have, but it was a humble start.
A few years in, I started to think not only how I build things, but also WHY I build things. That's when I started to dig into the depths of User Experience. I wanted not only to build technical sound solutions, but I also wanted to build something with added value, something that solves a problem, something that might even be fun to use.
This gave me a new perspecitve on how to build solutions even on the technical side. With these skills I spent the last 9 years as a consultant and Full-Stack UX Engineer and Architect with my own little company.
