In this role, you will report to the Head of Commercial Operations and are responsible for end-to-end management of our business development CRM. You will build CRM solutions using industry leading tools, with workflows and processes that accelerate our business. You can expect a close collaboration with our business development, support and services, finance, IT, and production teams and regularly translate their requirements into practical solutions. You will ensure compliance with best practices and standards in CRM configuration and customization while providing outstanding support to end users.

Manage, facilitate, and optimize the CRM, enhancing user experience and leveraging the system to support business goals while increasing sales efficiency and ensuring customer support

Create and execute a detailed product road map, implementing agile project management principles to execute, monitor, and evaluate progress

Ensure reliable and accurate data quality and legal compliance

Drive the relationship with end-user, regularly gathering and implementing feedback/requirements and providing training and support

Provide system administration support, including managing user access and ensuring proper governance of permissions and access rights

Analyse business development data to create comprehensive reporting of pipeline and financial forecasts for review by the Executive Leadership team

Create management dashboards for Executive level stakeholders which visualises meaningful insights

Manage the day-to-day reporting requirements of the Head of Commercial Operations in a timely and efficient manner

Coordinate and support integrations with third-party applications, plugins, and tools

Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials

Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and implement automations
