The ProMi Squad (Process Mining) project aims to transparently map the entire order process in the portals area. For this purpose, relevant data sources from order to activation are consolidated. The end-to-end view of the process enables identification of deviations and optimization opportunities. Key milestones of the project include connecting the required data sources, building self-service reports, and implementing automated alerts for process deviations. The challenge lies in the technical and functional integration of heterogeneous systems and data flows to ensure consistent monitoring and control of the order process.

Analyze and document requirements in the Omnichannel area using requirements management tools and structured gathering methods
Functional and technical analysis of existing data sources and ETL processes using database tools
Capture and evaluate existing interfaces between source and target systems based on technical documentation
Advise on the technical integration of defined data sources into the Celonis environment, considering the tools used: Celonis EMS, Data Pool, and Data Push API
Create technical queries and visualizations for process mapping using available platform features (Celonis PQL, Studio)
Use system functions to visualize and analyze existing business processes (via the Celonis Process Explorer)
Provide functional advice on technical interfaces, data provisioning, and system requirements
