Description
For our client company in the financial services sector, we are looking for a Partner Sales Manager (m/f/d). The client has tasked us with managing a cross-functional sales project to win new software sales partners. The focus is on developing a partner sales strategy and integrating it into existing financial services solutions.
Tasks:
- Manage the cross-functional sales project to recruit new sales partners in integrated software solutions (ISV – Independent Software Vendor)
- Support the acquisition of these strategically important partners
- Develop a comprehensive software partner sales strategy and define relevant KPIs
- Coordinate integrated sales together with the client's financial services solutions
- Assist in designing and implementing the software partner sales strategy
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and shape the organization
Requirements
Experience in ISV partner sales.
ISV = Independent Software Vendor – specifically POS system manufacturers (e.g. Vectron) or solution providers for the HoReCa industry including payment interfaces (e.g. Gastronovi)
Background: You want to work better with these companies and need someone who understands their business
Payment experience – desirable
Preferably also experience in the payment service provider area (e.g. Payone etc.)
The candidate should have a basic understanding of the payment business
Strategic sales experience (developing a partner sales machine)
You need a consultant to develop your future operating model with you.
The consultant must be able to clearly say how you can work better internally and with customers in the future
Hands-on and assertive (immediate support in the current "manufactory")
But the consultant must also get "hands-on" with the project now and make sure it succeeds
He must now dive into issues and take the lead on problems
