Summary
I am a #Senior_ProjectManager with many years of experience in the #management of complex #infrastructure_projects, including #rail, #bridge_construction and all types of structural engineering works as well as technical equipment (signalling and telecommunications). My focus is on the successful #planning, #execution and commercial management of large projects – on time, on quality, within defined budgets and always in dialogue with all stakeholders.
I help #companies win #tenders and choose the right projects. For better #team_performance I use modern #management_methods and add key soft skills alongside solid hard skills to make projects successful in both their short-term and long-term goals.
I am currently doing a part-time Ph.D. in #Civil_Engineering with a focus on AI and on the governance and #management of #infrastructure #megaprojects. My research aims to develop new models that combine classic project control with digital technologies like BIM and SAP – for more transparency, efficiency and future-readiness in the project world.
I support #public and private clients in #Germany and Europe as a reliable partner in all project phases – from the initial idea to commissioning. My working style is structured, cooperative and solution-oriented – with a clear eye for technical details and the big picture.
