- Broadcasting (2021–2023): Data platform development and maintenance. As part of the core team built and architected a scalable platform for the Data Engineering teams, providing infrastructure for up to 150 people from 20 teams. Developed an internal Python tool for config management. Interacted with customers, formulated action points (epics, tickets), presented new features, moderated scrum ceremonies. Facilitated adoption of new technologies by the team. Defined technology choices and practices, developed rollout plan for new functions across several teams. Implemented Vault-based authentication solution for Azure and GCP.
- Siemens contractor (2021): Team lead in the infrastructure team. Developed a standardized approach to Kubernetes, rolling out applications to GCP using GitLab, Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes. Coordinated with shareholders (management, customer teams). Developed and presented the roadmap.
- Market research (2019–2021): Architected and owned a data lake in AWS cloud, including Airflow clusters used across multiple teams (open-sourced). Implemented CI pipelines, spread DevOps practices (GitFlow, pipelines as code). Enabled continuous process across teams in SAFe. Supported centralized logging solution based on ElasticSearch. Developed Lambda functions. Added functionality to a legacy Java application to make it GDPR compliant.
- Energy provider (2018): Operated multiple development and data processing environments across several AWS accounts. Created and operated real-time (Kinesis) and batch (S3, Lambda, EMR) ETL pipelines. Queried data with Athena and S3.
