Collected 4 months of per-minute CO₂, temperature, and humidity data using CM1106 and Si7020 sensors in residential, office, and meeting room environments.
Created a time-series dataset with visual ground-truth occupancy labeling.
Trained a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) model achieving 97% accuracy and 97% F1-score for multi-class occupancy detection.
Benchmarked performance against XGBoost, LightGBM, and Random Forest, confirming LSTM’s temporal prediction advantage.
