Responsible for the ramp-up of the platform (SAP SuccessFactors) and application scenarios from design until operations.
Realize data science and automation projects in HR to help improve the efficiency of our organization.
Development of analytical services across all layers (business, data, application, technology).
Translation of requirements into compelling agile product implementation roadmaps.
Identify digitalization potentials in current HR and map out a strategy, through the conception of solution architectures.
The successful candidate will be less operative and more strategic in their approach, with a focus on developing and implementing a new HR process structure. While HR process knowledge is important, we are not seeking an HR expert for this position.
Requirements
Solid experience in technical integration projects in the application, information, or domain-related technology architecture (e.g. Master Data Management, Business Intelligence-Analytics).
Profound expertise in the development and implementation of conceptual, solutions
architecture and data flow diagrams.
Distinct knowledge of a variety of relevant technologies, especially in SAP Success Factors and other HR systems.
Broad familiarity with the rollout of digitalization or data science projects in cloud-native architectures.
Open-minded, trend-aware, and willing to think outside of the box.
