  • Responsible for the ramp-up of the platform (SAP SuccessFactors) and application scenarios from design until operations.
  • Realize data science and automation projects in HR to help improve the efficiency of our organization.
  • Development of analytical services across all layers (business, data, application, technology).
  • Translation of requirements into compelling agile product implementation roadmaps.
  • Identify digitalization potentials in current HR and map out a strategy, through the conception of solution architectures.
  • The successful candidate will be less operative and more strategic in their approach, with a focus on developing and implementing a new HR process structure. While HR process knowledge is important, we are not seeking an HR expert for this position.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in technical integration projects in the application, information, or domain-related technology architecture (e.g. Master Data Management, Business Intelligence-Analytics).
  • Profound expertise in the development and implementation of conceptual, solutions architecture and data flow diagrams.
  • Distinct knowledge of a variety of relevant technologies, especially in SAP Success Factors and other HR systems.
