The position of the Senior Lead Management Expert is designed to define and optimize the entire lead lifecycle (generation, nurturing, and closing) across all in-scope channels. This includes defining requirements for the CRM system, ensuring data security, and integrating into existing systems.
Preparation:
- Definition of the entire lead lifecycle (generation, nurturing, closing)
- Defining and documenting requirements for the CRM (opt-in management for multiple channels, endpoint connections, definition of business rules)
- Ensuring data security for all leads and interfaces
- Definition of possible (internal) sales channels
Implementation:
- Screening and selecting suitable tools
- Integration into existing systems
- Definition & monitoring of IT requirements
Coordination with stakeholders:
- Regular alignment with relevant stakeholders for integrating and coordinating the lead management processes
- Collaboration with other workflows like Online Sales, POS Sales, D2D Sales, and Telesales
