• Elaboration of the business model in the area of Home Charging for fleet customers, incl. Reimbursement Service for fleet drivers • Design of functional user journey, technical, and operational processes with strong focus on superior customer experience • Definition of KPIs and steering logic for suppliers • Creation and negotiation of respective contracts and agreements with the solution partner(s) • Elaboration of customer-focused legal and data protection documents • Definition and coordination of technical implementations (such as interface enhancements) • Go-to-market coordination and initial sales support • Creation of sales and marketing materials • Execution of trainings for sales and customer care teams
• Bachelor’s (and Masters) Degree, with a (tech or) business emphasis, or equivalent education/experience • > 3 years experience in the field of e-mobility with special focus on Home Charging • Knowledge of fleet mobility solutions • Expert knowledge on processes in the area of Home Charging and driver reimbursement • Expertise on technical processes and flows in EV charging • Hands-on mentality to coordinate between Business, IT, Finance and external partners • Strong analytical skills • Skills in project management tools / agile development • Excellent written and oral presentation skills
