Our client, an energy provider, is looking for a Freelance Sales/Distribution Process Manager to start as soon as possible.
Establish new direct sales channels for our client
Manage existing and new sales partners
Integrate existing and new sales partners into current systems
Review and consolidate existing processes for scalability, used and to-be-used systems, considering future operational readiness
Manage and consolidate current and future sales partners
Create a framework for the client that is future-proof and resilient to new requirements and changing parameters
Review and consolidate which processes can be outsourced, e.g., for clearing, call center, and support topics
You have a university degree, an equivalent qualification, or are a self-taught professional with extensive experience
You have experience building direct sales requirements in a corporate environment (preferably telco or similar)
You have experience setting up process structures in the sales area within a corporate environment (preferably telco or similar)
You have experience in B2B sales (experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses is a plus)
You stand out through your motivating style, communication skills, conflict resolution ability, as well as enthusiasm and assertiveness
With your high drive for creating solutions, you push topics forward in a structured and solution-oriented way
You work independently and responsibly and enjoy learning new things
You present and moderate confidently
You are a native German speaker
