With the goal of increasing the availability of high-speed internet, the company focuses on opening up new markets and customer segments through effective sales strategies. The need for an interim manager arises from the sudden absence of a Sales Manager, creating a critical gap in leadership and the management of sales activities, especially in door-to-door sales. This area is central to the company as it represents one of the largest sales channels. The interim manager is to ensure continuity, effectively manage the sales teams and external agencies, optimize sales processes, and drive the strategic development of sales.
- Sales Management and Leadership: Leading the door-to-door sales teams and external sales partners to ensure sales targets are met
- Strategy Development: Planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the customer segments SDU (Single Dwelling Units), MDU (Multiple Dwelling Units) and WoWi (Housing Industry)
- Partner Management: Selecting new sales partners, conducting onboarding, and continuously supporting and managing existing partners
- Sales Activities: Coordinating territory preparation, conducting quality management, complaint management, and process optimization
- Performance Monitoring: Monitoring and reporting on sales success and quality KPIs
- Budget Control: Managing the budget and monitoring costs in the sales area
- Market Analysis and Development: Analyzing market and sales data for strategic planning and development of sales territories
