Description

The transformation program shapes the technical landscape and operating model to enable an improved customer experience, faster time to market and reduced TCO by developing and implementing new modern product catalog, order management and CRM/CIM systems.

The service ensures all processes before and during a product or contract activation run smoothly. It is specifically delivered in the Lead to Order (L2O) stream. This includes all activities that turn a potential customer (lead) into an accepted offer or sale. These include tasks such as lead generation, qualification, proposal creation, negotiations and closing the sale.

  • Description and detailing of requirements for new features, including functional aspects in tools like Jira and Confluence.

  • Identification and assessment of dependencies, risks and their impact on existing systems and components.

  • Business consultation of the Product Owner (PO) and Area Product Owners (APO) in selecting and planning features for upcoming planning intervals.
