Identification and assessment of dependencies, risks and their impact on existing systems and components.
Business consultation of the Product Owner (PO) and Area Product Owners (APO) in selecting and planning features for upcoming planning intervals.
Planning and management of the blueprinting process, taking into account open tasks from previous planning rounds.
Coordination of dependencies, solution approaches and risks within teams as well as between internal and external requirements teams. Documentation and compliance with standards:
Creation and maintenance of documents, especially in the area of data protection and IT security, considering all relevant legal and security requirements
Review of blueprint artifacts.
Approval of test cases, test steps and E2E tests.
Ensuring launch readiness of the features.
