Summary
Von Hause aus Biologe, habe ich mich innerhalb der Zoologie zunächst auf die Ökologie spezialisiert. Daraus resultiert mein Einsatzgebiet im Bereich
- Datenerfassung
- Umwelt- und Naturschutz
- Auswertung/ Statistik und
- Datenmanagement einerseits und
- Lichtmikroskopie andererseits
Gleichzeitig habe ich vor dem Diplom neurophysiologische, elektronenmikroskopische und biotechnologische Praktika absolviert und Biochemie war Nebenfach im Diplom. Letzteres brachte mir nach Studienabschluß kurzzeitig eine Stelle in der medizinischen Biochemie (HPLC, Sialinsäuren humaner Leukozyten).
Hieraus ergibt sich mein zweites Einsatzgebiet im Bereich entsprechender Labortechnologien:
- Chromatographische Methoden einschl. Elektrophorese
- Photometrie
- mikrobiologische Verfahren
- Gen-/ Proteinsequenzierung
- Elektronenmikroskopie etc.
Weiterhin möglich sind Mitarbeiterschulungen in diesen Bereichen.
