Position in medical biochemistry

By training a biologist, I first specialized in ecology within zoology. This led to my area of work in the field of

• data collection,
• environmental and nature conservation,
• analysis/statistics and
• data management on one hand and
• light microscopy on the other.

At the same time, before my diploma, I completed neurophysiological, electron microscopy and biotechnological internships, and biochemistry was a minor subject in my diploma. The latter briefly got me a position in medical biochemistry after graduation (HPLC, sialic acids of human leukocytes). From this comes my second area of work in related lab technologies:

• chromatographic methods incl. electrophoresis,
• photometry,
• microbiological methods,
• gene/protein sequencing,
• electron microscopy etc.

I can also provide staff training in these areas.
