To simplify workflows, various workflows are set up.
- Automatically search an RSS feed for suitable projects. Results are stored in an Airtable table. This table is used to monitor and rate projects.
- In Airtable, created a table to record projects. Built a workflow to read this table and fill a Google Docs template for each record, which serves as a base for a profile. You can shorten the profile by filtering the Methods field, e.g. UC4, to list only projects where UC4 is a topic.
- A workflow scans saved Pocket webpages tagged #share. OpenAI summarizes the page in German. The first output goes to a Google Sheet, then that sheet is read and stored in an Airtable table. A link can be generated for each result and shared when needed.

Application changes were based on legal and user requirements.

Task: unload DB2 tables into memory structures using standard programming, create files, and load them into new DB2 tables. Also created modules to check data plausibility.

Replace an existing securities application with a new one. Banks were switched over gradually. The old app used an IMS database; the new one uses DB2.
In all modules with database calls, replaced calls with a central program call. The program checks if the bank is already migrated: if yes, use DB2, if no, use IMS. Extensive testing was done.
