My way of working is analytical and results-oriented. I question obvious approaches and strive for the optimal solution. High quality in my daily work as well as open and honest communication with colleagues and customers is my top priority.

I work, think and act with full focus on the larger goal. I can draw on extensive experience in project planning, implementation, project management as well as customer care and consulting.

Classical project management methods are just as familiar to me as agile approaches. In doing so, I like to adapt to practiced methods, always with the aim of demonstrating improvements. What's right is what works.
